Hi, I am Jennifer Christian. Welcome! Thank you for visiting. I am an experienced therapist with a passion of working with clients who seek to better understand themselves, lessen anxiety, and work through past hurts. I specialize in trauma, grief, women’s issues, and transitions.
My Counseling Perspective I care deeply about understanding your experience and provide a place where you do not have to journey alone. I work with a variety of approaches that include building somatic awareness, understanding unconscious drives, and tapping into the nervous system’s natural healing capacities. If you have never experienced counseling, you may be asking how all this comes together or what I can do for you. Fit is important. I encourage anyone who is interested in therapy to reach out and ask any questions, and set up a free consultation. I look forward to speaking with you!
My approaches include Natural Processing, Somatic Focused EMDR, Enneagram, Emotion Focused, Compassion-Focused, Trauma-Informed, Motivational Interviewing, Polyvagal Theory, Trans-Generational Trauma, and Shame Resilience.
